🔁 Returns
Eligibility Window: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Product Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and have the original tag attached.
Return Charges: Delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Refund Method: Refunds are processed via bank transfer only. Customers must share valid bank details.
Approval Time: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days.
🔄 Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the following reasons:
Wrong Item Sent
Damaged Product
Size Exchange (if stock is available)
To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and details.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Items returned after 7 days of delivery
Products without tags or that have been worn or washed
Customized or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)
📝 Return Process
Email us at estore@draperetail.com or WhatsApp us at 0325-6936003 with your order number.
Fill out the Return & Exchange Form (provided with your order or downloadable from our website).
Send the product and form back to our address.
Await confirmation and refund/exchange processing.

Returns without the completed form or with damaged tags will not be eligible for a refund.
